We specialize in Churches and other religious organizations, but serve all types of 501(c)(3) organizations.
Non Profit Tax
Our firm specializes in all phases of nonprofit taxation including the preparation of Form 990 and Form 990EZ as well as the Form 1023 Application for Tax Exempt Status. We represent nonprofit clients in audits or other tax issues.
We are happy to assist you in applying for other tax exemptions at the state level, including property tax and transaction privilege tax exemptions.
Student Tuition Organization (STO) Audits and Reviews
We are experienced in Audits and Reviews of Student Tuition Organizations as required by the State of Arizona. Monica has served on a volunteer committee with the State of Arizona to draft the compliance supplement.
